Service and Parts Coordinator – Auckland Airport at TCR

About the role

Manage stock control, assist service teams, and ensure efficient parts dispatch in our New Zealand Workshop.

Bring automotive or heavy vehicle experience to a global leader in Ground Support Equipment Maintenance.

Key responsibilities

  • Efficiently receive and dispatch goods.

  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store.

  • Assist with collating orders for internal service staff.

  • Process paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, transfers, etc.

  • Collaborate with service technicians on parts & accessories requests.

  • Assist in rolling stock takes.

  • Promote a safety‑first approach.

  • Monitor and engage couriers for dispatch and collection of goods.

Required qualifications

  • Exposure to automotive or heavy vehicle aftermarket parts.

  • Hands‑on experience in stock control.

  • A motor trade or engineering background highly regarded.

  • Experience working within procedural guidelines.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to converse on all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner.

  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain.

  • Strong organisational skills and problem‑solving ability.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.

  • Competent computer skills, including MS Office; SAP experience advantageous.

  • Current and valid driver’s licence.

  • Able to pass a police check.

  • Able to pass a pre‑employment medical check.

  • A positive attitude and proactive mindset; able to work autonomously and as a team player.
