Service and Parts Coordinator – Auckland Airport at TCR
About the role
Manage stock control, assist service teams, and ensure efficient parts dispatch in our New Zealand Workshop.
Bring automotive or heavy vehicle experience to a global leader in Ground Support Equipment Maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently receive and dispatch goods.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store.
- Assist with collating orders for internal service staff.
- Process paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, transfers, etc.
- Collaborate with service technicians on parts & accessories requests.
- Assist in rolling stock takes.
- Promote a safety‑first approach.
- Monitor and engage couriers for dispatch and collection of goods.
Required qualifications
- Exposure to automotive or heavy vehicle aftermarket parts.
- Hands‑on experience in stock control.
- A motor trade or engineering background highly regarded.
- Experience working within procedural guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to converse on all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain.
- Strong organisational skills and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.
- Competent computer skills, including MS Office; SAP experience advantageous.
- Current and valid driver’s licence.
- Able to pass a police check.
- Able to pass a pre‑employment medical check.
- A positive attitude and proactive mindset; able to work autonomously and as a team player.
