Winstone Aggregates is seeking a relationship-focused Account Manager to join our high-performing team.

This role is all about deepening connections with our existing customers, identifying growth opportunities within established accounts, and being a trusted advisor across the Auckland region.

  • Monday to Friday, full time

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of established accounts 
  • Building deep, solution-oriented relationships with customers, moving beyond transactional interactions 
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver value-added outcomes 
  • Supporting brand, market share, and profitability goals through strategic account management of existing customer base 
  • Applying a technical mindset to understand product applications—full training and development offered
