Working as part of our wider sales and marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with customers, Westland's Quality Team, third-party logistics providers, and insurers.Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead, you'll work alongside a dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover opportunity where you'll have the chance to make a real difference and develop your skills in a supportive environment.A bit about youYou are a customer-focused professional with proven experience in export documentation or logistics, ideally within the dairy or FMCG sector.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a knack for problem-solving, and are known for your attention to detail and ability to deliver results.
Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach mean you build positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
