Responsibilities
Process customer queries, via phone, email and face-to-face queries
Adhering to company national standards of service excellence at all times
Assisting in operational and admin duties like freight-sorting, scanning, reporting, etc.

Hours
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and rostered Saturdays 7:30am – 9:30am.
