This role is ideal for someone with asbestos expertise who can manage projects, deliver client solutions, and work to the highest professional standards.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
  • Collect samples, maintain accurate site records, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Undertake air monitoring and issue clearance certificates in line with regulations.
  • Manage projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.
  • Provide clients with practical, compliant, and cost-effective asbestos management advice.
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring performance and safety.
  • Support business development through high-quality service and building client relationships.

What you'll bring:

  • P402 asbestos qualification (or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years' construction or environmental consultancy experience.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage projects, solve problems, and deliver results.
