This role is ideal for someone with asbestos expertise who can manage projects, deliver client solutions, and work to the highest professional standards.
What you'll do:
- Conduct asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
- Collect samples, maintain accurate site records, and prepare detailed reports.
- Undertake air monitoring and issue clearance certificates in line with regulations.
- Manage projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.
- Provide clients with practical, compliant, and cost-effective asbestos management advice.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring performance and safety.
- Support business development through high-quality service and building client relationships.
What you'll bring:
- P402 asbestos qualification (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years' construction or environmental consultancy experience.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage projects, solve problems, and deliver results.
