A family-owned winery that has been inspiring the world of wine since ****.Comprising six varieties of grapes over 180 hectares of estate vineyards, Spy Valley operates a modern, fully-integrated viticulture, winemaking, and bottling facility.
Continually striving for excellence, our people are part of our family, bringing passion and heart to Spy HQ.The parental cover Senior Winemaker will be responsible for proactively leading a quality-focused and high performing team.The Winemaker oversees, manages and monitors all stages of the winemaking process ensuring a quality product is produced to agreed standards, quality, compliance and deadlines.This role reports directly to our Head of Winemaking and Viticulture and works closely with the broader Spy team.
