Job offered and accepted your consultant will email you the relevant forms to be completed prior to your starting.
· Temp Contract – signed and returned.
· Bank Account Number – given to your consultant.
· IR330 – with your IRD number filled in prior to payment of wages.
If not completed, by law, we are required to deduct tax at the higher non-declaration rate of 45 cents on the dollar.
· Kiwi Saver Forms – A work-based savings incentive.
If you hold a temporary work visa or student permit you are not eligible to join Kiwi Saver and you will need to fill in an opt-out form.Wages and TimesheetsAll timesheets must be in our office by 5:30pm each Friday.
Please ensure these are signed by yourself and your manager.
If your supervisor is unavailable, please send your timesheet through in an email with your supervisor cc'd in.
If a timesheet is received late, it will not be processed until the following week.Health and SafetyLooking after your health and safety while on assignment is important to us.
You must follow all workplace safety rules and regulations.
Please ensure that on each assignment, you receive from the client instructions on their health and safety policy and how to respond to an accident or emergency.
Don't hesitate to call if we can help with any health and safety questions or issues.Annual Holiday PayAccrues at the rate of 8% of your earnings in accordance with the Holidays Act ****.
This amount will be deducted as you earn.
The holiday pay you have accrued will be noted on your payslip.
This amount is a gross figure.
The PAYE will be deducted.
To request your holiday pay, please find the request form on our website.If you need time off for any reason, please advise your consultant in advance.
If you are unable to be at work your consultant needs to be called before 8:30am.We Are Here for You 24/7Whatever questions you have whilst on assignment (no matter how small) please talk to your consultant in the first instance.
