With a commitment to world‑class standards, they continue to expand further into markets and now seek a Warehouse Coordinator to support that key operational function.
This will be a part‑time role (30 hours per week) based out of Hobsonville, making it ideal for applicants on the North Shore or West Auckland who need to finish slightly earlier in the day.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the role will support all key functions within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across inbound, outbound and inventory processes.
The role will be both operational and administrative.
• Manage stock movements and coordinate exports.
• Maintain inventory integrity, including stock held by global 3PL partners.
• Perform cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Use ERP and WMS systems to track inventory.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
