Maybe you have done a few vintages, and want to learn even moreOr maybe you consider yourself a bit of a vintage veteran and are capable of working in a more challenging role?
Typically, our vintages run from mid-February to late-March.
We're looking for teams to support our Vintage period and post-Vintage operations.
Because of the nature of our business, our vintage dates might change slightly, but we will always keep you up-to-date with the latest information as we get it.About youRegardless of your level of experience, we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role!
We are seeking both entry level and experienced Cellar Hands to join our winery for vintage -Hard-working, motivated and have a can-do attitudeAvailable to commit to the timeframesSound problem solver with the ability to do so under pressurePhysically fit, reliable and a team playerHave safety at the forefront, living our 'Safety by Choice, not by Chance' valueSpeak English very well and follow instructions in English too, this is to ensure your safety and that of our teamsWhat else to expect?
This is a fast-paced environment and involves a fair amount of manual labour and concentrationAlong with a great hourly rate, we have a number of additional benefits to add to your package!
You'll need to be available to work shifts of up to 12 hours, 6 days a week, at vintage peakYou need to be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical examination and drug and alcohol testFor the team at the heart of this annual experience, there's much more to be made in addition to wine.
You'll make great friends (it'll feel like family by the end), good money, learn new skills and make incredible memories.
