You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.We'll look to you for:Coordinate the production of the T&C documentation (T&C Procedures, T&C Reports, Punch List management)Handle interfaces with the various different entities involved on the projectWitness and perform specific tests on the system, including plan and coordinate the site testsCreate and run action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the system, aiming to reach the performances targetsManage the system configuration during the successive tests phasesKeep in frequent communication to the Project Commissioning Manager regarding T&C progress and issue resolution.All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Diploma in engineering (computer science or equivalent, such as telecommunications)Fluent in EnglishUnderstanding of distributed systems, including microservices, databases, and messaging systemsBasic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP) and tools for troubleshooting network-related issuesExperience with programming or scripting languages for debugging and automationFamiliarity with cloud technologies, particularly AzureExperience with incident management tools like Jira or DevOps (a plus)Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and conciselyAnalytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectivelyAbility to make independent decisions under pressure while balancing urgency with thoroughnessPatience, empathy, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with teams and end-usersAdaptability and a commitment to continuous learningThings you'll enjoyJoin us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
