Ideally, you'd be on deck Mon/Tue/Wed (24 hours per week), but we're open to alternatives.As the **UX Writer**, you will deliver great user experiences to our digital channels, providing writing expertise to support updates to our content and help optimise our marketing campaigns to be more customer centric.Day to day, this is a varied role including:* Collaborating with the rest of the UX team to build and improve online tools by finding the most intuitive content flows and perfecting microcopy* Utilising online research tools to observe NZ Post customer web interactions, and using these insights to advocate for content and information architecture improvements* Working alongside our Marketing and Communications and Content Production teams to ensure all online messaging is clear, engaging and relevantYou'll drive a vision for product content, ensuring tactical execution to drive cohesive product narratives across all digital touchpoints within the product.
