You'll ensure smooth project operations, manage administration and reporting including regular Steering Committee packs and workstream reporting, and monitor all internal scheduling and progress against deadlines.In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to drive progress, manage risks, and ensure resources are effectively utilised.
You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring communication and alignment across all areas of change.

We are looking for someone with a rounded approach to project management, ensuring integration between the business and technology.Just some of the things you're responsible for:Manage the Project plan for our Transformation Programme, which includes the project, scope, timelines, reporting, and communication.Ensure alignment with MTF strategy and track progress against key milestones, outcomes, and quality standards.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders to drive Programme success, including preparing governance packs and steering committee updates to ensure the Programme has visibility.Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across the Programme scope, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify the impact of changes on various groups within MTF and develop tailored strategies to address specific needs.You'll need:To be a seasoned project management professional with experience in driving change within organisations, and that can hit the ground running!
