Training and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand
Hybrid model – 2 days WFH
Key Responsibilities
- Execute third‑party compliance training programs across multiple sites
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule training sessions and ensure seamless coordination
- Develop, manage, and coordinate documentation of work instructions and SOPs
- Maintain a comprehensive training library and materials
- Review legislative changes and ensure employees are appropriately trained
- Provide regular reports to Site Management Team on training compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment
- Knowledge of New Zealand and Australian regulations and industry standards related to Health & Safety and Food Safety Quality (FSQ)
- Experience with record‑keeping and data management, including database management
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
