Responsibilities

Develop and deliver trade marketing strategy for the At Home channelManage promotional activations, POS, retail media, and customer campaignsProvide trade inputs to the NPD process, ensuring launches land with impactLead annual and cycle planning with a long term calendar viewCoordinate post-campaign reviews to drive ROI and continuous improvementChampion execution frameworks and ensure sales teams have the right tools
Key Experience and Attributes:
5+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Key Account/Category rolesStrong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including data interpretation (Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Quantium)Experience managing retailer media and customer relationships (ideally with Precision & Cartology)Excellent project management and time management skillsStrong communication, influencing, and ability to present to stakeholders What’s in it for you?
