We're looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Foodservice team and take charge of sales execution across the Hawkes Bay/ Manawatu region.
This is a hands-on role where you'll service existing customers, hunt out new business, and deliver results that make a tangible impact.
You'll work closely with our Route Sales Manager and distribution partners to maximise sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure our trusted brands are always front and centre.
Location: Hawkes Bay is preferred, Palmerston North area will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and results.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning, promotions, and new product launches.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
Negotiate terms, manage product ranging, and grow core baskets.
Provide expert product knowledge and commercial insights while ensuring accurate and timely administration.
Collaborate with Sales Management and distribution partners to maximise sales opportunities.
What You'll Bring
Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG – Foodservice.
A passion for sales and a hunter mindset.
Strong communication and a natural ability to build strong relationships across various backgrounds.
Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen.
Excellent time management and self-driven.
Good with CRM systems and processes.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Hawkes Bay/ Manawatu region.
