To learn more about our people and organisational structure, check out The TeamThe Technology Group is responsible for the effective delivery, management and services of all technology disciplines within the air navigation services environment — engineering design, software design and development, technology architecture and infrastructure, asset management, installation and maintenance, technical training, workload planning, maintenance program development, project management, and logistics support.The Business Support Group is responsible for the provision of administrative, program administrator and reception support to key management positions and teams across Airways.About The RoleReporting to the Senior EA Technology, you'll provide business support for the Technology Group.
This role also provides reception cover on a rostered basis and contributes to Airways wider Business Support Group.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding high quality administrative support for managers, staff and visitors of Airways, including travel bookings, meeting arrangements, minutes, printing, document collation, courier/mailing, and stationery.Supporting the administration of our Learning Management System.Providing technology support for the business team in key Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams), core administrative processes (finance processing in Dynamics and TGAir purchase orders and invoicing) and document management.Meeting and greeting visitors.Managing one-off projects and events.Providing cover for the Senior Executive Assistant during periods of leave.Onboarding new staff and contractors (e.g., project managers), and supporting offboarding when required.Completing travel and financial administration and related tasks for the Technology Group.Processing monthly timesheets/invoices for all Project Managers and associated project delivery staff.About YouTo be successful in the role, you will have:At least two years of prior experience in administration with responsibilities including travel bookings, document management and reporting.Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of accuracy.A proactive nature with the ability to take initiative, prioritise and deliver to deadlines.BeneficialPrevious experience in aviation, engineering or other technology-based industries.Prior experience related to finance processing including the creation of purchase orders and invoicing.To ApplyIf you're proactive, have a safety-led mindset, are quality-focused and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders, please submit your application (CV and cover letter) via the Airways careers site or Seek.
