: Technical project manager (part-time)

3 days in office (Mon, Tue, Thu ideally)
6 months contract initially
Rate – 115$ to 130$/hour
Part-time: 20 to 30hours per week
Freeman's bay/Viaduct location
Immediate joining required
Role:
Reporting to the Head of digital delivery/Sr.
Manager Software Engineering, you will be the GLUE between different teams, discuss priorities, blockers and other issues from manager and distribute between teams.
You will be the right-hand man of your manager and will be working with closely with him.
They are implementing a new way of working across multiple teams, moving towards a sprint-based delivery model with structured governance and stage gates.
They need someone to help coordinate and manage the delivery of initiatives across these teams, ensuring alignment with the governance framework and delivery processes.
This person will act as a central point of coordination, helping teams move work through the pipeline efficiently, ensuring criteria are met at each stage, and supporting planning, reporting, and dependency management.

Experience and skills we would prefer you have:
Must-Have Experience:
Delivery/project management in a multi-team environment.
Media / Advertising / Software domain preferred.
Agile/sprint-based delivery models.
Experience working with technology and security teams.
Strong understanding of delivery governance and stage-gated processes.
Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate across teams.
Utilising JIRA at all stages of software delivery from idea conception to release management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proactive and delivery-focused.
Comfortable navigating complex environments and multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture.
Collaborative and confident in driving conversations.
Adaptable and resilient.
