Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
Log incidents and manage support processes

Potential positions starting in the next 2 months
Shift flexibility across days and hours throughout the week
Operational 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm; potential weekend work
Temporary contract (6 months with high chance of extension or conversion to permanent)
Set shifts, so you'll always know your schedule
3 weeks of paid training
Central Wellington location in a modern office

Qualifications
Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
Problem-solving skills
Clear criminal history and credit check
NZ residency or citizenship
