Join a collaborative team delivering upgrades, integrations, and new functionality across HRIS and ERP platforms.What You'll DoAct as the technical go-to for HRIS and ERP systems - ensuring smooth integrations, enhancements, and upgrades.Partner with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements, configure systems, troubleshoot, and liaise with vendors.Lead and support testing (UAT), documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to projects such as system migrations, new module rollouts, and data/reporting optimisation.What You'll BringProven experience as a Technical Analyst / Systems Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.Hands-on exposure to HRIS or HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, ADP, Aurion).
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Infor, Netsuite).
Skills in requirements gathering, testing (UAT), documentation, and vendor engagement.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Apply / How to ApplyApply Now!
