Our Silver Fern Farms Finegand Processing Site in Balclutha employs ****+ Team Members at the height of the season.
Located 30 minutes south of Milton, an hour east of Gore, and an hour south of Dunedin, with buses available from Dunedin to Finegand (Balclutha) for most shifts.We are a family-oriented team and proud of our diverse culture, leading the way in the development of our people through our values-led approach of Always caring; our Manaakitanga, Unstoppable together; our Kotahitanga, and Improving tomorrow; our Kaitiakitanga.Whether you're looking to gain transferable skills to set you up for your future, or career development opportunities into quality control, health and safety, leadership and beyond – we provide ongoing training and support to help you reach your goals.Te mahi, our working arrangements:Complete your on-the-job training and earn a minimum $*****/hr plus extras.Usually, 40 hours per week during peak production season, plus overtime opportunities.Minimum $43/hr production overtime rate.8-hour shifts, day shift hours are between 6:00am to 4:00pm and evening shifts times vary from 4:00pm to 1:00am.All work clothing and safety gear is provided.Te tikanga, the job requirements:No experience?
