Auckland Council:Team Member - Learn to SwimAuckland Council Stanmore Bay •Listed: 29 Sep ****Based at Stanmore Bay Pool and Leisure Center, this is a fantastic job where you can gain a formal qualification teaching people the basic principles of how to swim, maintaining a fun, caring and safe environment for customers and visitors - we'll provide the training you need to succeed in the role.We would love to hear from those who can work 6-hr and 7-hr per week.You will need to attend a 2-week training at West wave during the holiday break.Dates will be confirmed during the interview.Shifts below:6-hr: Tuesday - 3.45pm-6.45pm Thursday - 3.45pm-6.45pmAbout youYou are a great swimmer and instructor, have a love of water, have exceptional customer service skills, and can communicate well with members of the public.Just a passion to work with our diverse community while also making a difference.If you do have a recognised swim teacher qualification or previous experience as a Swimming Instructor, that would be fantastic!
However, we will provide full, comprehensive training.You must also be willing to complete First Aid training.
