Te Tūranga – About the role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving safety and operational excellence in the DC Operations team.

You’ll champion team engagement, support daily operations and foster a high‑performing culture.

You’ll also:

  • Support and uphold the Journey to Zero safety objectives, ensuring safety is embedded in all team activities.

  • Plan and coordinate daily operations in collaboration with your manager.

  • Lead team communication through regular meetings and one‑on‑one catch‑ups.

  • Support team development and performance through coaching and growth opportunities.

  • Take a hands‑on approach to leadership, actively working alongside your team.

  • Manage performance and disciplinary matters effectively.

Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am
