Te Tūranga – About the role

As the Team Coordinator you’ll report to the EA for the GM of Membership and Property (M&P) and provide administrative support to the wider team.

To do this, you’ll play an active role in ensuring that:

  • Board reports, presentations and other documentation are written and ready to go in a timely manner
  • Lists and databases are maintained, updated and kept accurate to ensure M&P runs like a well-oiled machine
  • Membership and Property team and other events are planned and run smoothly
  • Communication for all things M&P are clear and concise and are where they need to be when they need to be there
  • Stakeholders, both internal and external are responded to and feel cared for

With proven experience in an administrative support function preferably in medium to large organisations, you’ll bring excellent planning, communication skills and a great ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.

Quick on your toes, you’ll be a problem solver who has an eye for detail, a passion for people and will be someone who just gets stuff done!

You’ll also:

  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft products especially Excel and PowerPoint and ideally experience with SAP and Cloud based software
  • Be confident and comfortable speaking to and working with senior leaders
  • Have the ability to effectively manage your time and meet deadlines
  • Effectively prioritise and support your team, key stakeholders and the M&P Leadership Team
