As a shift supervisor your job is to ensure the safe supervision of all users in aquatic environments.
You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, make great health and safety decisions, care for water quality, have pride in cleaning and custodianship and be competent to provide emergency response where required.

The shift supervisor position is up to 40 hours per week.
You will be required to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends on a rostered basis.
You don't need to be a qualified lifeguard to apply, we will train the right person for the job
