As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to lead fulfilling lives at home and within their community.
This role is deeply meaningful, allowing you to be creative and make each day engaging and significant for those you support.
Your responsibilities include:
Our current vacancies are Planned Leave Cover (PLC) rosters.
PLC roles cover staff leave, so they do not have a fixed shift pattern and will work in different facilities across the Counties area.
You are guaranteed at least 65 hours per fortnight, but your fortnightly shift pattern will vary depending on where cover is needed.
This role requires flexible availability to work a range of rostered shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnight sleepovers, and regular weekend shifts.
