Susan thrives on routine and enjoys being active in her community.
She takes pride in helping around the house, especially with preparing vegetables and doing chores.
She loves attending local events, so being aware of what's happening in the community is important.
Susan is close with her family and finds comfort in her home, where she's often on the move.
She has a soft spot for experiences like Disney on Ice and enjoys the familiarity of her surroundings.
While she can sometimes display challenging behaviours—including mental health needs and moments of indecision—a calm, consistent, and empathetic approach helps her feel safe and supported.This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, resilient, and confident in navigating complex behaviours.You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside this person, focusing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.
Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth.
You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks.
You will be passionate about supporting and extending people's ability to access and be part of their wider community.
