You must be available to work some regular weekend shifts.About the roleWe're looking for a strong, resilient Support Worker - someone who's got the heart and strength to step up and support a male with complex behavioural needs.You'll be part of a team, helping him learn to manage emotions, stay safe, and grow.
This role isn't just a job - it's about standing beside someone when things get tough and helping them find their way forward.
You'll be fully trained and have a solid team behind you.We're especially keen to hear from people who understand the importance of whanau, respect, and being a positive role model.If you've got a calm head, a strong body, and a good heart - this could be a great opportunity for you to make real change.Qualifications / RequirementsSomeone with life experience who knows how to stand strong and stay calmResilience and confidence to work with challenging behavioursPhysically fit and confident in high-pressure situationsAbility to work in an environment with diverse individuals, being open-minded and non-judgmental in your approach.Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A Full NZ driver's license or ability to gain this within 6 months.Whats in it for you?
