    You
    will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Housing and
    Recovery team, in Papakura, working with a team of Support Workers.

    We have 2x permanent, full-time positions available, based in Papakura,
    Auckland.


    Roster 1: Friday - Monday, 7am – 3:30pm.
    Roster 2: Friday – Monday, 3pm – 11:30pm

    Responsibilities include:

  • Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.
  • Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience
  • Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most
  • Foster positive change for a more positive life
  • Provide medication support for our people
  • Gardening to help maintain our large section
  • You | Mōu
    We are
    interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recovery
    and strengths-focused way.

    You will have a good understanding of recovery and
    trauma informed support in a residential setting.

    You will
    also have:

  • Current full driver’s licence
  • Current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
  • Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate In Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent.

  • Support Worker experience in a residential service or similar
  • Previous experience with gardening to maintain our large section
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the primary care sector
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Closing Date: Monday, 21st July 2025. Please note, this role may close
    earlier if a suitable candidate is found.
