You will be reporting to the Team Coach and work with staff who have a common purpose of supporting people experiencing mental distress.This is a permanent, part-time position, based in New Plymouth.
The hours for this position are as follows; Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday, 11:30pm – 7:30am Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday, 11:30pm – 7:30amResponsibilitiesFocusing on the individuals needs and providing culturally safe practiceRelevant administrative tasks, comprehensive notes and effective handover, and supporting and collaborating with your colleaguesSupport people with independent daily living skills.
You'll need to be prepared to support our clients to do whatever it takesProvide medication support for our peopleYou | MouNZ full driver's licenceCurrent first aid certificate or be willing to obtain oneApplicants should hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent qualification.
Alternatively, you will commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways.
This needs to be completed within two years of commencement.
