About the Role: Part-time permanent position working 72 hours per fortnight
Week 1 : Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday working 3pm - 11pm
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday working 3pm - 11pm
This role specifically requires a Female as specified by the people we supports needs, under the Health and Disability Code of Rights and as provided for under Section 27 of the Human Rights Act 1993.

A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people Experience: have worked and gained experience within the Mental Health Sector Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles. Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset. Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing. Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role. Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
