About the Role: Working 80 hours per fortnight in Palmerston North
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6.45am - 3.15pmWeek 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6.45am - 3.15pm
We're Looking For Someone With:
A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
Previous Experience: Lived or work experience in disability and or mental health or other health sector
Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
