We’re looking for a Support
Worker to join our Awhi Ora service working alongside GPs in primary care,
helping support our people in the community find resources that will reconnect
them back to their community such as connecting with WINZ, Housing, physical
exercise and helping out with early intervention with their Mental Health and
physical needs, you will be working in a small team so we are looking for a
team player and you will have an outing going personality.
This is a fixed-term position ending August 2026.
You will be working Monday
– Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, based in Rosedale, Auckland.
Some flexibility may be
required on few occasions to meet needs of people supported.
