We are looking for a capable
Support Engineer
who is passionate about data and eager to develop a career in data platforms and data solutions.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn from experienced professionals.
You will gain exposure to sophisticated data solutions—many of which have been designed and built by Fulcrum Decision—and will have the opportunity to grow into a Data Consultant, ETL Developer, or related specialist role over time.

You will have skills in one or all of the following:
A strong interest in data and modern data solutions
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Great spoken English and strong interpersonal communication
A flexible and responsive approach to work
A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
You may also have exposure to or an interest in:
SQL and database fundamentals
Data pipelines and ETL processes
Cloud data platforms (including Azure, AWS, GCP)
BI and reporting tools such as Power BI
We are seeking people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a positive team approach.
You will have good written and verbal skills, be organised and capable of communicating at both a business and technical level.
