Right now, we are looking for a Support Developer to join our engineering team in a hybrid work environment based in Wellington.

As a Support Developer you will ensure the smooth operation and support of our platform, by assisting with troubleshooting, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our solutions.

We are looking for great problem solvers who love a technical challenge that ultimately results in enhancing user experiences for our brands.

You’ll be a team player, who has loads of initiative and above all is able to maintain empathy, a positive attitude and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Has 1+ years of experience in a software development or technical support role
  • Is proficient in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, React JS, and C#.

  • Has experience with database management systems, particularly MongoDB.

  • Is familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, databases).

  • Has experience with AWS and cloud-based services.

  • Is analytical, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Has experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

  • Is able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate attributes include curiosity and a strong willingness to learn; the attitude to learn is considered most important.
