We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.Category management development experience, including setting up category management as a capability from scratch to hands-on creation of a category strategyAbility to conduct meaningful data analysis against procurement-related data-sets including those related to spend, contracts and other category-specific data as appropriateStrategic cost transformation experience, including shaping and delivering a third party cost transformation programmeEnd-to-end strategic sourcing experience from identifying business need to meeting that need with a go-to-market exerciseKnowledge and experience of 'spec and select' for enabling Procurement technologies across the source-to-contract process (including purchase request-to-purchase order)Procurement transformation experience including business case creation and target operating model design through to implementationStrong commercial acumen, and hands-on cost analysis and business case preparationIdeally, you'll also have:Intrinsic, self-motivation to excel in the pursuit of challenging goalsA positive attitude, with a passion for creative problem-solving and finding solutionsA growth mind set, with a penchant for seeking out new experiences, knowledge, feedback and leadership opportunitiesDetermination, and confidence navigating through periods of ambiguity and changeA passion for a culture of collaboration and teamingKo Taku Rourou | What we offer youAt EY, we'll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
