Southern Cross Brightside Hospital is a modern private surgical hospital located in central Auckland.
Originally established on its Auckland site in Epsom in the 1940s, Southern Cross Brightside Hospital was completely rebuilt to modern, high tech specifications and re-opened in 2000.
Brightside Hospital offers a wide range of surgical services and post-operative care to around 4,500 patients each year.
This four-theatre hospital provides 43 in-patient beds and 6 day stay chairs, and has a staff of nearly 100.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to join our hospital team and support onsite inventory operations.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for receipting goods, physically putting away stock, managing inventory storage, and maintaining accurate master data.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory is handled efficiently, safely, and in line with hospital standards.
You’ll also support other staff with inventory enquiries, contribute to stock counts and discrepancy investigations, and help identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Maintaining clean and organised storage areas and upholding health and safety standards are key parts of the role.
Success is measured through monthly KPIs and your ability to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
