    The role:
    Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day administrative function to ensure compliance with our inventory, revenue, and expenditure policies, including real-time oversight and maintenance of our international freight shipments.

    This is an intermediate level position, suited to someone one with 3 – 8 years of autonomous administration experience.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a reliable sales support and administration of the sale cycle of our Power Products division, providing excellent customer service and proactive in resolving issues promptly.

  • Provide accurate and detailed international freight surveillance and administration for all our globally sourced products supporting the wider Supply Chain team.

  • Produce regular and timely reconciliation of our Shell Lubricants open orders, ensuring the accurate receipt of products into the country and their subsequent allocation to warehouses.

  • Inventory and Purchase order reconciliation

  • Producing various reports for Supply Chain functions
  • We are ideally looking for someone:

  • With previous sales support experience

  • With a logistics and/or heavy machinery background or similar

  • With intermediate level of proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

    Experience in the use of AX would be advantageous

  • Proactive, uses initiative, and results-oriented

  • Keen eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential

  • Enjoys being in a professional, open office environment with a friendly and outgoing manner
  • This role will draw on strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills and will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden work experience and further your career development.
