    We are seeking reliable workers who consistently show up, work hard, and keep pace with an efficient team.


    Our Berry Farm offers modern facilities, value consistency, and teamwork.

    We have sheltered outdoor tunnels and a purpose-built packhouse.

    Our team prides itself on delivering premium fruit to market, being a no-nonsense crew that values efficiency.

    This work is not suitable for people sensitive to pollen, grasses, heat, or other environmental allergens.


    Season Dates:

  • Part One: Late October – 24 December 2025
  • Part Two: *Mid January – End of March 2026 (dates may vary slightly depending on fruit availability)
  • About the Role

  • Pick strawberries to a set minimum kilograms per hour standard.
  • Pack fruit on a conveyor-based line, maintaining speed and accuracy to the team’s room rate.
  • Work to quality, hygiene, and safety standards every day.
  • Follow directions, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive team environment.


  • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven reliability and ability to work all rostered shifts, and ability to work to KPI's
  • Own reliable transport to and from work.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and accurately under time pressure.
  • Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and work in warm or cool conditions.
  • Team player who supports others and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Previous strawberry or horticulture experience is preferred.
