We're looking for someone who can help us create outstanding work across a high-profile client portfolio and play a key role in shaping the agency's strategic direction.As a Strategy Director, you'll be the strategic heartbeat of the agency, partnering with senior clients and internal teams to deliver brave, effective ideas that solve real business problems.You'll lead strategic conversations, inspire breakthrough thinking, and build frameworks that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways.In this role, you'll nurture client relationships, drive strategic development, and elevate creative effectiveness across the board.To operate successfully as a Strategy Director at Saatchi's, you'd:Be a natural leader with the ability to inspire, influence and bring people together around powerful ideas.Possess a passion for creativity and effectiveness, and the strategic clarity to champion ideas that drive real impact.Have strong communication skills—verbal, visual and written—with the ability to articulate complex thinking simply and persuasively.Be confident in navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and identifying opportunities others might miss.Bring a collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with Business Directors, Creative teams and clients to build momentum and trust.Have experience in planning tools, qualitative research, and workshop facilitation, with a curiosity for new ways of thinking and working.Be committed to building a culture of effectiveness, innovation and continuous learning across the agency.At Saatchi's, we value creativity, integrity, and collaboration.
