• Location - Waikato / Thames OR Coromandel
 


WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
If you are already working in a traffic control job with a traffic management company, perhaps you sometimes feel a bit left out or that there is an 'us and them' culture between the contractor's maintenance team and the traffic management team?

This is an opportunity for you to step over that barrier and become part of one inclusive team where the maintenance crew and traffic management people work together as a unit.

If you are a strong performer and are interested in progressing in Traffic Management, we will pay for this training.

There will also be opportunities for good performers to move into other areas of the road maintenance crew and you can observe and learn the techniques of these roles while working as an STMS.

These are potential opportunities for someone who demonstrates a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, helps their teams’ mates and operates in a safe manner.




REQUIREMENTS:
• STMS Level 1 qualification or STMS Cat A/B practicing
• Some experience in a similar role
• Ambition to move to the next STMS level - We will provide training

Don't have an STMS qualification yet?

We are also looking for Traffic Controllers, no qualification required, just a full Class 1 licence.
