Job Description

This client is located throughout the South Island and is seeking a handful of dedicated and driven Client Managers to join their teams.

The Client Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for their clients, coordinating and facilitating communication between internal departments and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Gain experience in a variety of industries including agribusiness (dairy and meat), craft breweries, rentals, trusts, small businesses, vineyards, wine companies, tourism, marine farming, forestry, beekeepers, orchards, hospitality, engineering, IT, insurance and airports!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their goals and requirements.

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Provide personalised solutions to address client needs, proposing suitable products/services and upselling opportunities.

  • Monitor client accounts, track progress, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (NZ)
  • Proven experience in client management or a related role.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • The right to work in New Zealand.
