From waiting tables as kids to now running River Kitchen, our passion for food, people, and genuine hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.What you'll be working onAssist the Head Chef with menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation.Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards.Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.Why work with us?
