At ANZ, we’re shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.

Mō Te Tūranga - About The Role

At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive.

We’re making this happen by improving the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers so they can achieve incredible things– whether they’re buying a home, building a business or saving for things big or small.

We’re looking for a deeply experienced Solution Architect to lead a high-impact initiative focused on payments design.

You’ll be stepping into a hands-on leadership role, guiding a small team of subject matter experts and working closely with stakeholders across the business.

With a tight delivery timeframe and a steering board milestone set for December, your ability to collaborate, influence and deliver will be key to shaping the proposed way forward.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payments and experience in the finance sector.

You’ll be actively involved in planning, stakeholder engagement and delivery, with much of the solution to be built on Google Cloud Platform.

You won’t just be setting direction – you’ll be on the tools, contributing directly to the work and helping the team succeed through both technical expertise and people leadership.

Let us know what works for you.

Role Type: Permanent
