Software Engineer -.Net, SQL Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring Vista


Job description

This is an intermediate level backend focused, Software Engineer role in one of our key Enterprise Stream engineering squads.

You'll be joining a skilled, fun team playing a key role in the continued technical and functional quality, and excellence, of some core Vista products.

The role 

  • Using your proven C#, .Net and SQL experience, you'll contribute to the design, development and implementation of new features, and the enhancement, and on-going maintenance, of existing applications
  • Collaborating with squad members, other engineering teams, and the architecture and product teams, you'll design and implement new features and functionality, maintain quality, and ensure responsiveness and security of applications
  • Producing and ensuring consistent code integrity and development, you'll also help to mentor and guide less experienced engineers
  • Requirements

    You'll need robust back-end capabilities and strong SQL optimization skills, with proven experience using the following CI/CD technologies and platforms:

  • C#, ASP.Net CORE 6, SQL Server
  • API Integrations, Data Repositories
  • Docker / Kubernetes / Octopus / Agile
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Advanced coding and problem-solving ability
  • Strong team collaboration skills
