Overview
MediaWorks has partnered with Auckland Transport to secure all four major outdoor advertising concessions — street furniture, transit, transport hubs, and billboards — making us New Zealand's largest Out-of-Home (OoH) provider.
With this growth comes opportunity — and we're looking for a Small Format Product & Pricing Manager to help us lead the way.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the NZ Trading & Partnerships Director, you'll be the champion for our Small Format network, driving revenue, margin, and market share growth.
This role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy, balancing product innovation, pricing, and in-market advocacy.
Key responsibilities
Act as the in-market product champion, engaging clients and driving go-to-market initiatives
Own rate cards, pricing strategies, and yield management to maximise revenue and protect margin
Translate insights into sales strategies and category growth opportunities
Lead sales enablement, training, and advocacy across teams
Influence cross-functionally to align priorities and deliver commercial outcomes
You will bring
7+ years' experience in media sales or product, ideally with strong exposure to OoH and Street Furniture
Proven success in pricing, product optimisation, and category growth
Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and negotiation skills
Established media agency relationships and networks
Excellent communicator able to influence and build advocacy without direct authority
