The Site Support Officer is a new position that provides essential administrative support to site operations and fleet management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Site Lead and site operations, acting as the main site contact for office and facility issues.
- Act as the go‑to person for general office management and communications.
- Ensure DOC pool vehicles at site are fit for purpose and maintained as required (e.g., service, WOFs).
- Support key site health and safety tasks such as safety/fire drills, site inductions, regular checks and ACC safety audits.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in administration, facility or fleet management.
- A detail‑oriented problem solver with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of people.
- Tech‑savvy and an early adopter of new systems and technologies.
- Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset, always looking for more efficient ways to get things done.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $65,070 – $75,981 NZD.
Location: Multiple opportunities across the motu.
Employment type: Full‑time
