Site Supervisor / Site Manager (Subdivisions & Commercial Site Works)
Are you an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager with a background in subdivisions or large-scale commercial site works?

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality civil construction projects across the wider Tauranga area.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a capable and hands-on leader to manage day-to-day site operations.

You’ll oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to spec.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in subdivisions and/or commercial civil site works
  • Strong track record in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager role
  • Excellent knowledge of New Zealand construction standards and practices
  • Ability to manage resources, timelines, and on-site issues effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Local knowledge of the Tauranga area is highly desirable
  • Wheels Tracks and Roller endorsements
  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence
