hands-on Site Supervisor to lead and mentor civil crews across Central Otago.
This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on being actively involved on-site, driving efficiency, and developing their team to deliver outstanding results.
About the Role As the Site Supervisor, you’ll combine leadership with practical experience, overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity standards.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and mentoring crews, fostering teamwork and accountability. Planning and coordinating daily site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time. Driving quality assurance, environmental care, and compliance with H&S and company processes. Delivering toolbox talks, briefings, and maintaining clear communication with site teams. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Depending on the project, you may oversee multiple smaller projects or manage one large contract.
About You You are a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others and taking responsibility for project delivery.
Key requirements include:
Proven experience leading crews in civil construction. Extensive operating knowledge of large-scale plant and machinery Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a structured approach.
